There are 2 ways to order:
1. Send
photo and payment through the mail: Please print the following form, fill
it out and send it to us along with the payment and photo. The address is on
the form

2. Upload the image
file and process the credit card payment through our secure server: Just
follow the steps below, when you are done processing your order, you will receive
an e-mail explaining how to get the photo to us (uploading an image file or
sending it by regular mail).
